OUR EXPERIENCE
The ELI Faculty has a breadth of experience in local church leadership, and church planting and revitalization. Out of this experience, they teach Christian leaders throughout the world with biblical wisdom.

Our faculty supports our national partners. We understand that God has been building His church long before we arrive in a particular country. We serve our national partners by training their networks of leaders and giving them the resources they need to fulfill their mission.
WHOLISTIC TRAINING
Our training is focused on teaching influential Christian leaders to think and live redemptively. Beyond their education, our goal is to train these leaders to transform their homes, churches, schools, businesses, and communities.

Equipping Leaders International is on a mission to train leaders to think and live biblically. We train national leaders who have the calling and capacity to pass on their training to others. By doing so, we unleash mature leaders who build healthy churches and communities to fulfill the Great Commission.
